The Mission of the Informatics Department at Kütahya Dumlupınar University is:

• To provide the necessary IT services, consulting, and training for our university's education, training, research and development, community service, and scientific activities, as well as its academic, administrative, and managerial functions.
• To support our university's units, staff, students, and other individuals and administrative units with whom it interacts within the scope of its core activities, in areas such as technological developments and information security.
• To engage in research and development activities in the field of information technology

• To contribute to the necessary organizations and regulations for computer education.
• To contribute to the delivery of "Computer"-based courses throughout the university.
• To prepare course materials for computer courses.
• To serve as a bridge between science and technology.
